Service Description
Hot Stone Massage is a specialised treatment, wherein smooth flat stones are heated and applied to client’s skin during massage in order to impart heat to facilitate healing and relaxation. Stones may be placed under a sheet upon which the client lays while receiving a therapeutic massage or directly applied to client’s skin. The heated stones are placed along the client’s spine and legs or along the chakra centre while the client lies on their back. The massage therapist may also massage the client while holding oiled, heated stones in the palm of their hands using firm strokes along the muscles of the legs, arms and torso. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to the body which further accelerates the healing process. Increased circulation as a result of using heated stones promotes both physical and mental relaxation, which allows the massage therapist to manipulate deeper into the muscles of the body for an intense and therapeutic experience.

ELIGIBLE USE You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Website and/or Our Booking Services and of legal capacity to agree to Our Terms. You are not eligible to use Our Booking Services if you are under the age of 18. Pregnant women can be massaged from the 13th week. Clients should alert the therapist to refrain from receiving services if they have been told to avoid our services by a medical professional, or if they have any of the following conditions: open cuts, abrasions, sores, infections, maladies, or the inability to maintain personal hygiene, or if they have any condition that poses a threat to their health and/or safety or the health and/or safety of others. In addition, all clients agree to receive services in accordance with all public health requirements. BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT You can make a booking through Our Website by choosing the treatment and choosing our therapists. We will only require you to put your full name, your contact numbers, and other notes you want to let us know. The payment will be collected when you arrive at the shop. Full payment of the Massage Fee will be charged if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show). Once your booking is accepted and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by SMS and Email Cancellation Policy We do not charge when you book your treatment. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance so that you will not be charged for the fees. Please note that we will charge you 100% for the course you booked for if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show), and in these circumstances, any gift vouchers will be deemed void; furthermore, we will require full payment for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Please be aware that arriving late will result in your treatment time being affected as we run on a strict schedule.
